THE FOUNDERS
OLI GROVE
CO-FOUNDER
Oli co-founded Farleigh in 2016 with Robert Mulligan after working together on a joint venture in London. With their shared ambition and outlook on development, Oli and Robert have together driven the company’s growth and successful evolution to date.
Oli offers a wealth of knowledge and experience, gained through working within The Grove’s family business, Earlplace Ltd. During his tenure there, Oli oversaw numerous commercial and residential sites across the UK. In addition to this, Oli spent 18 months with Rainier Developments honing his development and management expertise.
ROBERT MULLIGAN
CO-FOUNDER
In 2016, Robert co-founded Farleigh with Oli Grove, bringing investment and delivery expertise under one roof. Robert first worked on Land Assembly through the early years of the ‘2008 recession’ in Northern Ireland. From here, Robert moved to London, taking on his first development project in Kensington.
Robert’s ambitious career is demonstrated through starting his first property investment company, deploying equity into projects aged just 19 years old. Robert brings a plethora of skill, experience and knowledge to each of Farleigh’s ventures.
